It has a long narrow blade with brass fittings. The blade and fittings are bead blasted to a dull sheen, and is 6 in long. On the back of the blade is 3 in of simple file work. The handle is of leather, called a “leather stacked” handle. The pommel is brass with stippling on the back, it is threaded onto the tang, and the tang is peened over. This pommel can be tightened but will be extremely difficult to remove.
